Outdoor workout and fun @ the beach
Hi fitness and fun lovers,
Let’s work out together at the beach again...The first half we start with a short run or walk for about 30min. The second half (30min) we will do some tabata inspired workout to strengthen legs, core and arms 😁
As always, this suitable for all fitness levels and it’s more fun to workout in a group and cheer each other up 😉
