Jazz and Exciting Improvisations
Once a month, every Wednesday, students from the Nuremberg University of Music perform an evening of swinging jazz melodies and exciting improvisations. With a glass of wine or beer, all of this comes together in Café Arte for a very special cultural evening.
On 07.08., the “DuoGaLuca” interprets varied pieces from straight-ahead jazz, bebop, bossa nova and other styles. Inspired by role models such as Wes Montgomery, Jim Hall, Pat Martino, Peter Bernstein and Pasquale Grasso, the two guitarists enter into an exciting dialogue. Sonorous, picturesque melodies, improvisation and the interwoven interplay create a unique soundscape.
