Outdoor Workout with SunShine
Come on for an outdoor workout on Tuesday 04.06. Protected content
We meet at 18:45 Protected content
After some breathing and stretching exercises we will start to walk and run to the south along the Isar for approx. 30 minutes. For beginners I recommend Slow Jogging.
We will continue with workout exercises for approx. half an hour.
I have prepared some exercises for increasing body awareness, coordination and cardio.
You can keep up with what I propose, as much as you can. Please feel free to train your own exercises nearby.
We will turn back to our starting point by walking alternating with running.
You will need appropriate shoes and clothes. We touch the ground so take gloves if needed.
Please notice that the event is taking place no matter of the weather.
Participation is on your own risk. Please beware that I am not a professional trainer.
