Living the Low Carb Lifestyle Discussion
‘Low carb’ has become more and more popular. Some use it to lose weight others just to get healthy. The low carb approach is mainly to reduce the ‘bad’ carb intake and replace it with something depending on the program you use.
For all of you who either already approached the low carb diet or are planning to do it, this meeting is to exchange experience, get ideas how to live the low carb lifestyle, and asked questions about areas that you might not be so sure about.
