HIIT specific training for dancers

Dear all,

I´ll lead a training session for the beautiful dancer Anna which is specialized in sensual movements like bachata/salsa. The training is structured in HIIT modality and the level is low/mid to guarantee everybody can take part to it.

Let´s meet in the training location (Orange studio). Text me if won´t find the location.
