Power Walk and strenght exercise
The idea is to meet each other while speed walking for Protected content and at the same time warm up, get our heart rate going. After that we would stop by the outdoor gym area to use some of the equipment and space for exercise like squads, pull-ups, rowing, jumping jacks etc.
As it is more fun to do this in a group, we hope to see many of you joining us while the weather still serves us.
Dress warmly and preferably put on water proof clothes as it might be snowing.
Note that you can park your car in the parking garage close by the meeting place. Just after the bus stop exit the main road and you will see the entrance first thing on the right.
Buses that stop there are 55, 56, 89, 511.
