Forest bathing walk
Hello Fit community,
We are working towards being active, moving and enjoying at the same time.
Walking in the forest can help us with reducing cortisol levels, so we feel less stress, less anxiety and recover from the busy every day lifestyle.
Join us for a 3.5 km walk in the Kosutnjak woods. Our pace will be adjusted so everyone can follow. Do not fear if you are not fit, this is not a race but a =n enjoyable walk in order to escape busy streets of Belgrade.
Please bring a bottle of water to hydrate as there are no stores in the woods :P
