How to Move Beyond Your Fears & Embrace Your Values
Most of us experience fear at some point in our lives. The level of our fears impact what we choose to do or don’t do and how much we enjoy or don’t enjoy our lives, periods of growth and what we achieve.
Values are the basis of how we determine what’s important to us and yes as the term states, what we value in life.
Our fears and what we value or prioritise often go together, they either complement each other or they conflict.
I’ve found most often when I’m feeling fearful, I am in conflict with my values. My values are based around connection, a peaceful heart, love, good health, and being of service to others.
If I am truly living my values then there is no place for fear.
This is just one perspective.
