How to handle negative emotions - expert advice
In this session, the speaker will use the Anger and the Anxiety maps and aim to help some of the participants in diagnosing some of their negative emotions (worry, being overwhelmed, frustrated, depressed, lost, etc) and show some ways to transform them into useful actions.
