Barefoot Running & Yoga/Meditation!
Have you ever tried slow barefoot running at the forest? If not, then this is your chance to try a very new experience with a professional coach, in order to deeply connect with the earth. A Yoga/Meditation session will follow up right after. Important to know that barefoot running is very safe at the forest, though you can choose to walk in case you cannot run.
P.S Bring a towel, a bottle of water and a small bag where to put your shoes or sandals while we are running.
