Let's get lost with Abdullah Ibrahim
Let's listen to some great jazz music!
It was Duke Ellington who discovered South African born Abdullah Ibrahim and produced his northern-hemisphere recording debut. Nigel Williamson, a music critic and compiler of a recent Ibrahim retrospective CD, says that "more than anyone else, Ibrahim united African roots with 20th-century American jazz".
Abdullah Ibrahim's concert is the opening event of this seasons festival l'esprit du piano. It could be sold out pretty soon, is my bet. So please buy your own ticket either following the link Protected content
Ticket prices range from 25€ to 50€.

I would suggest we have a drink and maybe something to eat afterwards somewhere nearby. Hope to see you!
