Open Bar Network Event to Support Children in Chicago
The event includes open bar, many appetizers, and an opportunity to network with philanthropic-minded area professionals.
Last month, Cradles provided 25,000 Chicagoland students in poor and homeless living conditions with new backpacks stuffed with school supplies. By purchasing a ticket you can help the nonprofit do more through its Ready for School initiative.
Cradles to Crayons provides children from birth through age 12, living in homeless or low-income situations, with the essential items they need to thrive – at home, at school and at play. They supply these items free of charge by engaging and connecting communities all across the Chicagoland area. And there are a large amount of kids who are in need, with approximately 200,000 Chicagoland children living in poverty – that’s one in three kids.
At the event you will meet the Cradles to Crayons Next Generation Council and other young professionals to network and showcase the mission of Cradles to Crayons. We will be raising funds for Cradles to Crayons’ Ready for School initiative that runs through the Fall. The cost is $50 which includes an open bar and heavy appetizers.
I hope to see you there. Feel free to text me when you arrive.
Time: 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm CT.
