Her classes are light and challenging at the same time, and suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced yogis.
The meditative yin stretches combined with the energetic yang flows create a relaxed and revived energy flow throughout the body. As Taoist philosophy states that body and mind are inseparable, the mind follows the body’s movement and breath. The body starts producing ‘happy hormones’ and your state of mind clears up.
The most important thing during Mariska’s classes is the enjoyment of every movement and every moment. Plus having fun is the way to get the most out of your practice.
