Pick olives, visit an olive mill, taste our freshly pressed Sabina DOP extra virgin olive oil and learn about one of the most ancient and best olive oils in Italy.

READ THE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS:

a. Address: Strada Provinciale Pascolare Protected content km 3), aka Strada della Neve or SP 35/d, Palombara Sabina (Rome).
PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT USE NAVIGATORS BY THE ADDRESS, IT WILL TAKE YOU TO THE WRONG PLACE. USE GOOGLE MAPS BY LOCATING EITHER “LA CUCINA SABINA” OR "VILLA LA TARTARUGA SABINA”. OTHERWISE USE DIRECTIONS BELOW.
b. Directions: go to the Km 29 mark of Via Salaria (Via Salaria, or “SS 4”, is a main state roads departing from the center of Rome going Northeast—it intersects the GRA, the main highway ring around Rome). Make a turn towards Palombara Sabina. Continue along that road until km 3 mark (km signs are marked on the side of the road) where you will find a private road on the left with visible flags and yellow sign “Resort Gran Paradiso”. Take that private road; make left turn at the end of that private road following “Villa Sabina” sign.

- Secondo: Polpette di carne al vino bianco (home-made meat balls cooked in local white wine - vegetarian eggplant dish option available)
- Contorno: Broccoletti di campo ripassati (sautéed home-grown organic Italian broccoli rabe)
