Gentle Yoga Session in The Park
Join me and fellow yogis for a gentle and energizing yoga session in the park.
During this session we will focus on improving balance, strengthening core muscles and hip opening to help your body and mind realign.
Don't forget to bring your yoga mat, towel and water.
I'm looking forward to sharing this practice with you. :)
