Aerial Fitness @ AIR (Lincoln Park)
This is the most fun you will ever have while also getting an intense workout. The class starts at 7:15pm and is targeted towards beginners, so if you have never tried Aerial fitness this class is perfect to get introduced to the exercise. This is also perfect for groups as it is easier to bond and have fun together. But don't be fooled, it is really though and you will workout muscles you didn't know you have...at least I did when I tried it for the first time last Friday. Can't wait to see you Up In The Air.
