If you have ever wanted to learn to meditate, develop stress-busting techniques, feel calmer, get to know your real self or just feel a little more peaceful…the solution may be closer than you think, come to a session of guided meditation.

Connect to yourself in a beautiful space outdoors at theRiver Park.

Bring your own towel to be more confortable. Arrive at least 10 minutes in advance because we will start sharp.
