The term “stress” is a neutral description of the mental and physical reactions caused by external stimuli or stress factors, and thus describes a normal reaction of our body, or rather our entire being. These reactions enable us to overcome the special challenges associated with high levels of pressure or strain.

Stress is a part of our everyday life and it can be positive or negative. Let's talk about its signs and impact if not properly managed. We will also discuss about the stress management techniques/methods which can be completed with yoga practice.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your yoga mat! See you on Saturday.
