What is a Gratitude Hike?
A Gratitude Hike is something anyone can do at any time of their choosing to help you balance your physical exercise while at the same time manage your mind.
I like to compare it to a walking meditation…which I find easier for those who have trouble sitting to meditate and calm the mind.
I will give a short webinar all about this practice, it’s benefits and tips on how to implement this very useful exercise in your schedule.
Through my experience, I feel focused and with a renewed energy after each of my Gratitude Hikes and want to share this method with anyone interested in developing this habit to improve their everyday performance.
