We always negotiate: with the employer, with the buyer and seller, with the partner, with the teacher ... etc. In this webinar we will address all those issues that explain how to negotiate in all areas of our life because negotiation is a tool that we already learn as children ... only that some schemes may have escaped us and we tend to re-present only schemes that have worked in some situations ... but they don't necessarily work in others. From the analysis of verbal communication to the non-verbal one, we will rattle off which schemes are most functional in each situation and we will analyze step by step all the phases of the negotiation: from the initial study of the target to the conclusion of the negotiations.
