Come join us and experience for yourself :) The Therava-based Meditation cultivates mindfulness, loving-kindness and calmness. Meditation practice is irrelevant of religion, gender, nor age. Whether you are a beginner or already have some experience, group meditation with guidance is oftentimes a good opportunity to enjoy the practice.
