Bikram (Hot) Yoga - improve Strength, Balance and Flexibility!!
Let's start the Autumn with a really healthy turn in our lives. Hot Yoga, and specifically Bikram Yoga, is a demanding and rewarding type of yoga which we can practise in Duesseldorf.
Come and join us on this "Discover Bikram Yoga" class with unlimited yoga for the next 8 days! (for first timers). Towel and Matt will be provided, but please bring yoga/gym attire, shower towel and plenty of water =:)
Whatever your physical condition, age and predisposition, it is never too late to start. Let´s step out of our comfort zone and give our bodies, and souls, a chance at "lightening the burden of being"...
