Yoga for Spring Awakening
Bring your energies in resonance with the spring awakening with a rejuvenating yoga practice. During the winter we tend to tense the shoulders and congest the chest to protect ourselves from the cold. Now it is time to gently stretch the body out, make space in in the chest, and breathe in deep the fresh spring air. This will allow the mind to open up for new ideas, the heart for new feelings and the soul for further inner growth.
All levels welcome.
There are yoga mats and props are at the studio, and all you need to bring is comfortable clothes such as leggings/sweat pants/shorts and t-shirt. No foot ware is needed for yoga.
The workshop is taught in English by Liina Puustinen, certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (Intermediate Junior 3), who is known for her joyful and energetic teaching style.
Fee: 45 Euros in cash on the spot.
