A dose of self-care- Meditation for Relaxation & Calm

We are well into the last quarter of Protected content . What a year of changes! Many people have gone through big challenges, loss and grief. Others feel scattered, disoriented, even overwhelmed. Most of us are trying to adjust to the new "normal" and prepare for the unknown as best as we can. This is therefore the time, more important than ever, to center and find peace, calm and balance within ourselves.
In this online gathering, we are going to try techniques that bring about calmness. We are going to explore mindfulness meditation, breathing, heart coherence and guided visualization. We intend to relax the mind, recharge and regenerate our body.
All levels of meditation experience are welcome. Your willingness to give yourself undisturbed time and space is key.
Please join Protected content early, dress comfortably, bring pen and paper, a candlelight and a nice cup of your favorite drink.
I ask all attendees to switch on your camera in the beginning for purpose of connecting. After all, this is the spirit of Internations.
