Our Chef has an important pastry mission with a great brand on Saturday, May 25.
How about doing our pastry after work a day before a holiday?

Let's forget the office for a while and get involved in the pastry with FRIENDS !

Some people prefer sports, others dance, others gardening and others are passionate about cooking sweets and tasting them together with a drink. Jokes and laughs assured !

πŸ‘‰ A little of history: The macaron appears in Europe in the Middle Age where it will diversify and find new forms and new flavors.

From Italy, it went to France at the Renaissance. It was Catherine de Medici who introduced the "Maccherone" to French in the 16th century. According to other workshops like that the costs are much higher in Paris. I suggest this activity only for meeting people, having a good time and offering his knowledge in a friendly way. But the material and ingredients are excessively expensive and he only ask for your collaboration in this kind of expenses.

The chef will delight us by cooking several raspberry and vanilla macarons for us. In addition to explain each step, he will give us a file with the recipe and the professional secret to follow. There will be more free surprises but you have to come to know them...
