At the start of the 20th century, and right up to the Roaring Twenties, the artistic cabaret of La Bolée was the cultural highlight of Saint Germain des Prés. At Hubert’s, La Bolée offered more of the unknown. The clientele, made up of anarchists, prowlers, students, singers, drolls, trotters and poor women, feasted there cheaply, among fatty papers, charcuterie and pitchers of cider. Between huge whitewashed walls, barrels, smashed benches, benches, lame tables formed the decor.

*Our main artist will present the quintet Mateo Ortega & Imàn Le Parc.
*Concert followed by a friendly Jam Session.
*A jam session is a musical event where musicians play improvising without extensive preparation or predefined arrangements. A Capela !
