Let’s keep up with our new year resolutions including doing more exercise.

Pilates improves muscle elasticity and joint mobility. A body with balanced strength and flexibility is less likely to be injured. Also the variety of exercises keeps you motivated and away from getting bored of the same old routine.

Mat pilates by Demet is on every Monday and Wednesday mornings, starting by next Wednesday.

She is certified by internationally recognized programs and has 7 years of experience.
