Monday Night Running
It's a holiday, but your body needs to train! Join us this Monday Night!
We'll meet at Protected content . We'll focus on running pace, legs, glutes and core. We will adapt the workout to your skill level, so don't be afraid to show up for the first time!
The Protected content will drop you a few meters away from the meeting point (check the map for the exact spot). Bring your own water!
