Let's Get Jumping at SATS Stureplan!
Jump Roping is the #1 Total Body Cardio-Strength Workout that burns nearly Protected content in less than an hour! It's an amazing exercise that boosts endorphins and gives your body a challenge!
The 55min workout consists of Basic to Intermediate Single Rope skills with intervals of weight and core training. All levels are welcome. Jump Ropes provided for the session.
Please note The Non-SATS members Protected content fee gives you full access to club facilities (Lockers, showers, sauna, etc). Please pay at front desk upon arrival.
Please be sure to wear proper sneakers for the session.
