The Mindful Leader: Mindfulness Mini-Workshop
During this session, Zoramar Oviedo (Venezuela) will present techniques of full attention or mindfulness. The application of these techniques in the workplace will optimize your all-important soft skills: effective stress management, cognitive and emotional flexibility, creativity and resilience, communication, teamwork, and will also help you cope with change in an effective manner.
If applied companywide, these competencies will have a positive impact on the professional performance, health and well being of employees and staff, and will also have a favorable impact on the achievement of corporate results and goals.
In today’s world, in order to be a successful entrepreneur, leader or collaborator, you need to develop the techniques and tools that will allow you to have a creative and positive attitude towards challenges and opportunities. You will also need to consciously handle higher levels of stress, constantly face changes in your roles and responsibilities, and safeguard your physical, mental and social health.
Mindfulness will be a valuable resource in order to become a successful, mindful leader.
This mini-workshop will be conducted in Spanish.
