For several years now, employee engagement has been studied by numerous academics and is fully recognized as a key necessity for any company or organization. Whether your organization is small, medium or large, employee engagement is a key for its continued success. In this talk by InterNations member Dominique Objois (Fance), we will learn about: Protected content importance of employee engagement, and Protected content basics on how to make every employee a profit center for your business or organization, and get them to love what they do.

THE SPEAKER: DOMINIQUE OBJOIS

Dominique Objois is the general manager at CEDOPA Asciende, as well as a certified coach from Engage & Grow and from Action Coach (business education). The latter is a worldwide network of more than 2,500 offices in 75 countries.

Dominique is an engineer with graduate studies in solid-state physics. He also holds an MBA. For more than 25 years, he worked as a general manager for multinational companies in over 15 countries in Asia, Europe, North America and Latin America. His main challenges were in the fields of commercial strategies, industrial politics, company restructuring and greenfield subsidiaries.
