The nicest hotel in Mexico City along with the St. Regis is calledProtected content The Rolling Stones chose it to stay in Mexico every time. Now that it has been recently remodeled, I proposed the hotel management to give us a tour of their facilities, as well as visit the chef's kitchen of Zenaya, the hotel's new "nayarita" restaurant, before sitting down to eat a specially packaged dinner for us including natural panela cheese, empanadas Nayarit style, shrimp "cucarachas" (meaning small), zarandeado fish or broiled arrachera, sphere of coconut and mango or "gypsy arm", accompanied by a glass of red or white wine.
To close the night as a truly bon vivants, we will join The Mexico City Jazzy Funky Blusy Rocky at Fifty Mills, the Four Seasons bar in our city acclaimed as one of the 60 best in the world, to enjoy its renowned Mixology and a band that offers every Thursday nights of Jazz, Blues and Soul.
