Come out and join us for week 2 of stair climbing as we prepare for two big tower running races in Dallas in January Protected content . Our team Dallas TowerRunners has been victorious multiple years in the row, and Protected content going to shine above all others!
Join us to prepare for the races, or just for a great workout. There will be a series of practices in the upcoming months that will get you ready for climbing at least 70 floors in January.
Please remember that stair climbing is an extreme sport that will get your heart rate high very fast. Consult your doctor prior to attending if you have not been active lately, or have health issues. If you have been moderately active, you should be ready to take on the challenge. And if you exercise regularly, this is great for you to get on a totally new level of endurance!
***PLEASE BRING WATER, GLOVES (OPTIONAL) AS STAIR RAILS CAN BE DIRTY, AND A SMALL PACK TO HOLD YOUR ITEMS -- JACKET, WATER, PHONE, ETC. Yes, you'll warm up pretty quickly!!
