Ready to Join?

I really enjoyed the Day Retreat that took place last Saturday so I decided to visit center again. Please join me if you would like. You do not have to be depressed to attend it. We all can get discouraged and can use little encouragement and positive word. We have to train our minds , just like we train our bodies.
