Post Thanksgiving Calorie Burning Workout
Join us for a fantastic post Thanksgiving calorie burning workout! We'll engage your muscles to burn the max calories by using stairs! Stair climbing burns more calories than cross country skiing, running at 7mph, racquetball, or almost any other sport.
You'll practice at your own comfort level, at your own speed, together with a great group of people! Guarantee is that this workout will get your heart rate up, and you ready to participate in Big D Climb in January.
The stairwell of Cityplace Dart station Cityplace Dart station is a great, well known place for local athletes who want to get their workout in.
Wear comfortable clothes, athletic shoes, and GLOVES (it's dirty out there...). Don't forget to bring a water bottle, you'll get thirsty even though the stairwell is air conditioned.
We'll go out and enjoy breakfast together afterwards, if there's interest in the group.
