First Walk And Run of Twenty20!
Happy New Year Twenty20!
This athletic event is for:
1) Beginners who want to learn to enjoy walking/running
2) More seasoned runners who want to enhance run distance
Let’s meet around the pavilion area at 10:30 and plan to start by 10:35. We will cover:
-How to build endurance
-Good running shoes
-Hydration and nutrition
-Walk/Run Protected content .
