Chilean Food to Celebrate "El 18"
This month we celebrate the Chilean Independence Day, also kown as el “18”, one of the most important national holidays in Chile.
Next Saturday we will have our monthly weekend lunch tasting typical Chilean foods such as “Pastel de Choclo” or “Cazuela de Vacuno”
