Connect & Listen to your Inner Voice: Meditate with Dhyanse
We meet again for another Monday- Evening Meditation Session with Dhyanse, from 7.00 to 8.00 pm.
The Sessions are open both for people who have never meditated before, and those who have experience already.
At the beginning, Dhyanse provides short introduction, that allows better understanding of meditation and methods/ techniques that are going to be used. Through guided meditation a person individually, in silent sitting, can discover effects of meditation and inner connection.
In his contemporary approach to mindfulness & meditation, he offers yogic tools, meditation techniques and transformative lifestyle designs to integrate silence, bliss and live an expanded consciousness in daily life. He brings the core essence of ancient Indian wisdom traditions of Yoga, Tantra, Zen into his approach, without following any particular belief system.
Dhyanse is the founder of Meditation Easy App, author of the book ’10 Bulls of Meditation’ and has Protected content of silent meditation experience.
