Get a taste of what mindful (self-)compassion is all about
Feeling restless and overwhelmed at times? Are you sometimes witnessing a „harsh“ voice inside yourself that is pressing you to keep going although really you feel exhausted already? Are you having a hard time sometimes to take care of your own needs & respect your limits? Do you feel disconnected to your body and its need at times?
Feeling curious to embark on an inner journey to explore some of your motivations and goals and at the same time learn techniques to center & soothe yourself in challenging moments and life circumstances?
Maybe learning about techniques of mindfulness combined with self-compassion could be something for you then!
On Saturday 27th July you will have the opportunity to learn more about those topics ....
...and also about an 8-weeks-program to learn techniques to support you: Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an empirically-supported, 8-week training programme, designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. The program has proven to enhance inner strength & peace, resilience and getting in touch with your ressources in numerous scientific studies.
A new MSC-Course will start on August 19th!
This Saturday, both at 11 am and 4 pm there will be two separate free info sessions of one hour each on the program.
During the info session there will be guided meditations, some theoretical input & info on reseach – and time for Q&A.
