Predictions For The Protected content World Cup Quarterfinals

Chronologically, we are less than 60% through the Women's World Cup that will conclude with the final in Lyon on July 7.

However, the heavy lifting has already been done in terms of matches with almost 85% of the 52 games already in the record book. There are just eight games left to play.

Europe dominates the quarter-finals stage with the United States the only non-European country to make it to the last eight.

But before having a look at how the quarter-finals might pan out, let's sneak-a-peek in the rear view mirror to see how predictions for the round of 16 panned out.

The final count was 6 right and 2 wrong and two scores were spot on. The Scandinavian duo of Norway and Sweden upset my prediction cart with wins against Australia and Canada.
