Sharing beautiful writing
Reading is an essential part of writers' life and you might have noticed that you read things differently: you pay attention to beautiful passages, to how the text sings on the page. You re-read them again and again and wonder about the secret behind their beauty. Is it the rhythm, the choice of words? The quiet poetry between the lines? Or is it something else and completely elusive?
This time we'll share a favourite passage from a book (not more than one paragraph please) and talk about why you like it. Please post the chosen passage on the wall and tell us from which book/by which author it is. Then when we zoom, we can all check and dwell upon some deliciously written word while trying to take them apart and reveal the magic that makes them tick.
Looking forward to chatting with you
