We are going to test non-verbal communication through hugging and talk about what we perceived/felt.
If you want to overcome the awkwardness and feel comfortable hugging others, you are welcome to start by attending this activity, made for all of us that want to develop by expressing themselves from the heart and enjoy a healthy life.
