Outdoor Weight Training + Breakfast
Bring your exercise routine and positive attitude outdoors!
All levels welcome.
Participants can bring their own accessories (resistance bands, weights...or just your own body weight).
We will meet by the river to do our weight training session. Outdoor gym on site. No one will be leading the session but we can all learn from each other while practicing our favorite exercises.
Session will last approximately Protected content , then we will have breakfast at a nearby venue in Kazimierz.
