Thing to know:
Session start: 7:30pm
Physical Skills: Cardiovascular endurance/Strenght
Things to bring:
1. Water (fountain is also available in the park, just bring bottle)
2. Extra clothes
3. Yoga mat for core exercise
4. Positive Energy
Please come 10 minutes early so we have time to introduce ourselves.
