Gaucho Style Dinner

Don’t cry for me Argentina” sang Madonna in the guise of Eva Peron, but at Protected content , you certainly won’t have to sing for your supper. Argentina is famous for tear-shy spouses, diminutive footballers and high-quality steaks, and while – for now – only one of those is on offer at Protected content , we’re happy to announce that the gaucho spirit is alive and well and living in Edinburgh. Diners haven’t had steak until they’d had it the Argentinian way. Protected content follows traditional Argentinean restaurants’ example of basing their menu around prime Argentine beef. It’s a carnivore’s dream come true with cuts like ribeye, fillet and T-bone and herby chimichurri. Or for something a little different, diners can indulge in grilled salmon, chicken and grilled lamb chops.
