Mindful Daily Routines

Hello InterNations friends
There are a few books written on daily routines or rituals that can lead to a happy and healthy life.
This workshop is based on my own experience and such books as the miracle routine by Hal Elrod.
I will introduce the idea and share practical examples from the morning routine that I use. These are particularly useful if you work from home during this time.
This event is suitable for people who want to optimise their day and new to the idea as well as those who already practice this and can share what works for them.
This is an online activity, zoom link will be shared by interNations on the day of the event.
