A Spark of Inspiration
I caught the 06:35 train directly to Warsaw and enjoyed how much the Polish infrastructure had improved.
There was one thing that puzzled me on my four-and-a-half-hour enjoyable ride as I observed as much as I could out of the window. Despite the huge amount of bright green pasture, I did not see one single cow, this awoke my curiosity!
This is certainly a good mystery for discussion, over a great meal and or a drink in this classy restaurant at the side of the river.
It led me to pursue some grass-fed milk, both fresh and also longer-lasting.
