Why more People prefer a Male Boss and what can We do about it.
Dear ladies, our member, and guest speaker, Alena Huberova will be repeating her talk on FEMALE LEADERSHIP. If you missed it last January, I would love to give you another chance to participate. Here’s more information:
The fact that more people still prefer to work for a male boss was confirmed by the Protected content Workforce Trends report. Is this still true today? I don’t have the official answer but, judging by the whispers and murmurs in corporate corridors, I have a feeling, it is! And, I also have a feeling I know why. I used to be a manager…
So, my fellow lady managers, what is it that makes us be the less popular ‘choice’ in the eyes of the employees? And what can we do to change this?
If you’re curious and most importantly, if you want to be the boss that people want to work for and contribute to making women shine at work, come and join us! You’ll participate in a lively discussion on the topic of feminine and masculine leadership, get a few ideas to incorporate into your management style and a chance to network with other lady-managers!
