30 min HIT, Sweat with Swei Online: Training never stops!
Our very own local Swei Tang, will be leading another heart-pumping at-home high intensity 30 mins fitness training. If you have a hard floor, I strongly recommend you don some running shoes. A yoga mat would also help for some of the strength exercises. Else, you just need some floor space, water and determination. Prepare to burn, Denver.
For the next classes we are adding weight training! Bring two 1 gallon jugs of water (about 4 to 9 pound weights, to your comfort level) to add some additional upper body strength training.
