Is Running Time
Dear Running lovers,
We are not professional trainers therefore we propose to meet at 18:00 have 7 minutes workout exercises for running then start to run, everyone at his level but we have to meet at 19:10 all in the same place were we start for a 7 min stretching workout.
The evening can be closed with a relaxing talk near a glass of water/juice/hot chocolate/bier/or whatever at Cafe Poffers.

PS: Please register if you are sure that you will come and note that we start at 18:00 with the pre-running workout!
